"Heretic"

The Heretic, made of paper, symbolizes a person who can be burned by a single spark. This allusion represents both the destroyed works and their authors who fell victim to the war on heresy. A heretic is someone who, despite affiliating with a religious denomination, questions its dogmas. Their views deviate from the group’s accepted norms. In a similar vein, Gwiazda remains loyal to sculpture while simultaneously challenging its traditional rules and boundaries.
