Bartosz Kokosiński (1984) reflects on the concept of painting, questioning the status and meaning of contemporary painting.

A graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, he has received four scholarships from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage. In 2015, he was honored at the 42nd Biennale of Painting “Bielska Jesień”. He has consistently ranked first in the Young Art Compass ranking (2014, 2016, 2017, 2018).
