Dela.art Collection Tour - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to dela.art.collection!

We’re delighted that you’d like to visit us. To ensure that everyone can enjoy art in our unique space safely and comfortably, we’ve drawn up a few guidelines to follow during your visit.

§1. Plan your visit

  1. The host and organiser of these art events is dela.art.collection, hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”.
  2. We present our collection at the premises of Eneris at 65 Koszykowa Street in Warsaw.
  3. We are delighted to inform you that admission is completely free of charge.
  4. As we wish to give each of you the attention you deserve, please book your place using the form on the website: https://dela.art There you will also find the current dates and times of our events.

§2. Shared concern for comfort and safety

  1. Our collection is housed within a working office, so we invite you to take a guided tour with our curator, who will be happy to lead you through the designated exhibition areas.
  2. Please follow the instructions of our team and security staff during your visit; they ensure that every visit takes place in a friendly and safe atmosphere.
  3. Due to the intimate nature of the space, we ensure that visitor groups are not too large, allowing for peaceful contemplation of the art.
  4. We are a family-friendly venue – we only ask that our youngest visitors remain under the watchful and caring supervision of adults.
  5. To protect health and ensure fresh air, we maintain a smoke-free zone within the collection, including a ban on e-cigarettes.
  6. We value a positive atmosphere, so we cannot allow entry to anyone whose condition (e.g. under the influence of alcohol) might compromise the safety of other visitors or the fragile artworks.

§3. Respect for artists and privacy

  1. Although our artworks seem to invite close inspection, please do not touch them. This will help us preserve their beauty for future generations.
  2. We kindly ask that you do not use cameras or mobile phones to take photos or videos. This ban is dictated by the need to protect the artists’ copyright and to maintain the confidentiality of our hosts’ business (protection of Eneris’s data and property). Let these moments remain in your memory!

§4. Your belongings and our animal friends

  1. To ensure you can fully enjoy your visit without unnecessary burden, please leave your outerwear, umbrellas and larger bags in the designated cloakroom or at a location indicated by the Organiser.
  2. Please remember to keep valuable items (such as your wallet or electronic devices) with you at all times. The storage area is open to the public and we cannot accept full responsibility for it.
  3. Although we love animals dearly, we must ask you to leave them at home. The office space and delicate exhibits require conditions that, unfortunately, are not suitable for our four-legged friends.

§5. Final provisions

  1. We believe that mutual respect will help us avoid difficult situations; however, we reserve the right to ask anyone who does not comply with the above rules to leave the office.
  2. By entering our exhibition space, you accept these terms and conditions and are ready to embark on a shared adventure with art.
  3. These terms and conditions come into force on [.] 2026.
